Leader Board Update 7/5/09

I just received the latest leader board standings. If you’re currently at the top 20, you’ll find your name here. You should check back here every once in a while to see ff you get toppled from the standings, and if you do, that’s going to be entirely your fault so you have to join again and do something about it.

Remember, just like Tom “The Goose” Gilbert, I’ll be giving you guys nicknames so we can easily remember you guys.

Coming in at 19th place, with a time of 0:03:01, from the Adriatico branch, HAKIM “SUPERPLEX” BANTO! Don’t get too confident now, Superplex. You’re on the bubble, so to speak. One entry with a time quicker than yours and you’re out of the top 20.

Creeping past the last place is JUAN CARLO “BUBBLES” JAVID, eating out of the Asturias branch, with a time of 0:02:58!

At number 18, hailing from the One McKinley branch, with a time of 0:02:55, give it up for YASKER “SUPER DRAGON” YU! That’s a mere 3 second difference from Bubbles.

Out-eating Super Dragon by only 2 seconds at 0:02:53, from the Mayapa branch, coming in at number 17 is KENNETH “THE HERO” HERRERO!

In at 16th place, from the San Bartolome branch, clocking in at 0:02:52, a second away from The Hero, is TUGOM “BOGCHI” GILBERT! These may seem like comfortable leads, but as you can see, this rank is only 8 seconds away fom being eliminated. The competition is stiff!

Rounding up our bottom quarter contestants, coming in at 15th place, tied with Bogchi also at 0:02:52, eating out of the Asturias branch, give props to JOSEPH “SUPERSTAR” GARCIA!

At 14th place, clocking in at 0:02:49, from the Calamba 2 branch, let’s hear it for JOHN MARK “DILANG ANGHEL” MONTIEL!

Coming in at 0:02:47, two seconds apart from Dilang Anghel, taking the 13th spot of the ranking, hailing from the Forum branch, show some love for STEPHEN ROY “CARNIVORE” CHUA-ROJAS!

The number 12 is usually unlucky but probably not for the next guy in our rankings. Devouring his hot dogs at the same pace as Carnivore, at 0:02:47, from Baclaran 4 branch, is  JERRY “CHILI PEPPER” CATALAN!

At 11th place, from Session 3 branch, at a second quicker than the previous two contestants with a time of 0:02:46, comes BRANTFORT “THE EMPEROR” TENG! It was his second attempt that got into the top 20, and this was the higher of the two. This guy means business.

Breaking into the top 10, along with someone else because of a tie at an impressive 0:02:44- from the Orient Square branch, TADAYUKI “SAMURAI” MIYAZATO and from the One McKinley branch, JOEY “KAGAT” PAGATPAT!

Coming in at 8th place, with a time of 0:02:43, eating from the One McKinley branch, is CHRISTOPHER “MASTICATOR” REYES!

At 7th place, with an extremely impressive 0:02:32, an 11 second jump from the last placer, coming from the Fields 2 branch, is MARVIN “THE REAL DEAL” TROPA!

Our 6th placer is even more impressive with a 3 second gap from the previous placer, The Real Deal. Clocking in at 0:02:29, from the Dagupan branch, here is KYLE “ANNIHILATOR” DE GUZMAN!

Here we go, people, are top 5 as of 07/05/09!

Almost at the brink of the top 5 is our next contestant, at 5th place, with a jaw-dropping 0:02:27 time, hailing from Villamor branch, is EDWIN “LIGHTNING STRIKE”  DUQUE!

From the Guada 3 branch, with a time of 0:02:25, at 4th place, PAUL ALMOND “NUTTY” REGALA!

With an amazing time of 0:02:22, three seconds ahead of Nutty, our current 2nd and 3rd  placer is TONY “NINJA SKILLS” SHU from the Annapolis branch and MICHAEL “JAWS” SAMONTE!

At the very top of the mountain at this moment, just challenging all of you to topple him from his high perch, at the number 1 spot so far, with an inhuman clock time of 0:02:06, from the Marulas branch, is LEOPOLDO “BLACK HOLE” QUINTO, JR.!
